Yes, as long as it is in functional, near new condition. We do not make any repairs to broken handles, zippers or clasps, nor do we mend holes, tears or ripped pockets although we may attempt to make very minor repairs to small rips.
Once I fill out my custom order form, how long will it take for me to receive my customized La Clutch™ handbag?

Prices vary depending on handbag size, if we provide the bag or not, and design detail. The pricepoint range has been dramatically reduced to allow for anyone to order a custom clutch or handbag, and is now $48-$98* if you provide your own handbag or $58-$98* if we provide it.

If I see a handbag in the Boutique (shop tab) that I like but is sold already, is it possible to get the same design on a different bag?
Yes. Any design you see may be duplicated although it will not be identical and will differ in bag style. Although no two bags are ever alike, designs may be similar in replication.
Can you match a pair of shoes, dress, or another item that I currently own?
Yes. Simply email a clear, well-lit shot of whatever it is you would like us to match, excluding copywritten images, logos and symbols to clutchmeup@gmail.com. The emailed photo must be .jpeg or .bmp with a size of at least 300x300 pixels. If you are not sure of the size, right-click on the photo and click on "properties."
I am a fashion buyer. How many individual custom orders can I place at one time?
10-15. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks, unless a rush is specified, for completion once the order is received, or 1 to 2 weeks for similar designs on different handbags. If the order is not for a boutique or store but for a group such as a bridal party and each one will be completely different, please allow 10 to 12 weeks for completion after the order is received. Completion times may be expedited for a fee. Please inquire further here.

Can an original design be created on more than just purses?
Yes! However only purses are provided by us. You may send in any of the following to be upcycled and designed: canvas tennis shoes, non-suede pumps and heels, ties, non-suede belts, bookbags, shower curtains, hand towels, coin purses, wallets, make-up bags, man bags, headbands, oven mits and gloves, baseball caps, aprons, denim jeans, baby onesies, laptop cases/bags, journals, scarves, tote bags, etc.
NEW OPTIONS! I have a few old purses just lying around in pretty good condition, can I Donate them to LaClutch.com?
Absolutely! Once we receive them, you can do one of two things: claim it as a tax write-off just like you would a thrift store donation, noting its value; or receive $5-$10 Off* for each bag you send to apply towards your next customized La Clutch™ handbag order for yourself or as a gift.

How do I clean my bag if I spill something on it?
With a clean damp cloth and a dab of rubbing alcohol. Afterwards wipe again with a clean, dry cloth.
